- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of sales representatives to achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets

- Analyze sales performance metrics and implement data-driven improvements
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 3-5 years of progressive sales management experience in B2B or B2C environments
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in assigned territories
- Strong leadership skills with experience in team recruitment, training, and performance management
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales analytics tools
- Deep understanding of the Cebu market and Central Visayas business landscape
