PT PAKIS JAYA GARMINDO is a prominent player in the fashion retail industry, and we are currently seeking a dynamic and results-driven Area Sales Manager to lead our expansion across the Jabodetabek region and West Java (specifically Bandung and its surrounding areas).

In this strategic leadership role, you will be responsible for overseeing retail performance, driving revenue growth, and ensuring that our brand standards are upheld across all assigned locations. The ideal candidate is a proactive sales professional with a deep understanding of fashion retail trends and a proven track record of managing high-performing field teams. You will act as the bridge between corporate strategy and ground-level execution, ensuring that every store in your territory maximizes its sales potential and provides an exceptional customer experience.

Tanggung Jawab

  • Develop and implement regional sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets for the Jabodetabek and West Java territories.
  • Supervise, mentor, and coach store managers and sales teams to improve performance and operational excellence.
  • Analyze weekly and monthly sales reports to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
  • Ensure consistent execution of visual merchandising standards and promotional campaigns across all retail outlets.
  • Monitor market competition and consumer behavior to provide actionable feedback to the corporate headquarters.
  • Manage inventory levels and distribution logistics to ensure optimal product availability across the assigned area.
  • Conduct regular site visits to maintain high operational standards and foster positive team engagement.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in retail management, specifically within the fashion or apparel sector.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage diverse teams across multiple geographic locations.
  • Deep knowledge of the Jabodetabek and West Java retail markets.
  • Proven ability to analyze sales data and translate it into successful commercial strategies.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Willingness to travel frequently within the designated territory.
  • Proficiency in retail management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
