Sunshine Group Indonesia is currently seeking a results-oriented Area Sales Manager to join our team in Denpasar Barat, Bali. As part of our expanding operations under CV. Cahaya Boga Utama, you will play a pivotal role in strengthening our market presence and managing key client relationships.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading sales initiatives, mentoring a dedicated team, and ensuring the achievement of regional revenue targets. We are looking for a strategic thinker who excels in high-pressure environments and possesses a deep understanding of the Balinese retail landscape. Tanggung Jawab

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve regional revenue targets and market expansion goals.
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate a high-performing sales team to meet and exceed daily/monthly performance KPIs.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with key retailers, distributors, and stakeholders in the Denpasar region.
  • Conduct regular market analysis to identify emerging trends, competitor activities, and new business opportunities.
  • Monitor sales performance metrics and provide detailed reporting to senior management regarding area growth and challenges.
  • Ensure optimal product distribution and shelf-share visibility across all assigned retail outlets.
  • Manage trade marketing activities and local promotional events to drive brand awareness and consumer engagement.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales management or business development, preferably within the FMCG or Consumer Goods sector.
  • Strong understanding of the retail distribution network in Bali.
  • Proven track record of hitting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proficiency in sales tracking software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Possession of a valid driver's license and own vehicle to facilitate field visits.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is highly preferred.
