The successful candidate will be responsible for leading sales initiatives, mentoring a dedicated team, and ensuring the achievement of regional revenue targets. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve regional revenue targets and market expansion goals.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a high-performing sales team to meet and exceed daily/monthly performance KPIs.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with key retailers, distributors, and stakeholders in the Denpasar region.
- Conduct regular market analysis to identify emerging trends, competitor activities, and new business opportunities.
- Monitor sales performance metrics and provide detailed reporting to senior management regarding area growth and challenges.
- Ensure optimal product distribution and shelf-share visibility across all assigned retail outlets.
- Manage trade marketing activities and local promotional events to drive brand awareness and consumer engagement.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales management or business development, preferably within the FMCG or Consumer Goods sector.
- Strong understanding of the retail distribution network in Bali.
- Proven track record of hitting and exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Proficiency in sales tracking software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Possession of a valid driver's license and own vehicle to facilitate field visits.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is highly preferred.
