Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee the daily operations and performance metrics of Daily Joe branches within the assigned region.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to maximize revenue and expand market share.
- Manage, train, and mentor branch managers and sales staff to ensure high performance and morale.
- Monitor inventory levels and supply chain logistics to ensure seamless product availability.
- Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and efficiency improvements.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with local suppliers and business partners.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in sales management, preferably in the retail or FMCG industry.
- Proven track record of successfully managing a team and achieving aggressive sales targets.
- Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Solid understanding of retail operations, inventory management, and customer service standards.
- Ability to travel extensively within Calabarzon and Mimaropa regions.
- Proficient in using CRM software and MS Office applications.
