- Drive sales performance by achieving and exceeding regional targets for both revenue and volume.
- Expand market coverage and strengthen brand visibility across the assigned territory.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and key accounts.
- Implement effective distribution strategies to optimize product availability and shelf presence.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales representatives to ensure peak individual and collective performance.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to adapt sales strategies accordingly.

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience in sales management or area sales management.
- Demonstrated track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets in a competitive market.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and manage a diverse sales team.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel extensively within Albay and Bicol Region.
