Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets in the Jakarta Raya area
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of sales representatives to ensure performance excellence
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and retail partners
- Conduct market analysis to identify new business opportunities and competitive intelligence
- Monitor sales performance metrics and provide regular reports to senior management
- Coordinate with marketing teams to develop promotional campaigns and product launches
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (Master's preferred)
- Minimum 5 years of experience in sales management, preferably in the beauty industry
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing and developing sales teams
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Deep understanding of the Jakarta Raya market and beauty industry trends
