Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve regional revenue targets and market expansion goals.
- Manage, mentor, and motivate a high-performing sales team to exceed daily and monthly KPIs.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities and adjust tactics accordingly.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key clients and distribution partners in the Jakarta region.
- Monitor sales performance metrics and generate detailed reports for senior management review.
- Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to align sales strategies with corporate objectives.
- Conduct regular field visits and training sessions to ensure team compliance with company sales standards.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience in sales management or business development roles, preferably in consumer goods or energy.
- Strong leadership skills with a demonstrated ability to coach and inspire diverse teams.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with fluency in Indonesian and English.
- Solid understanding of sales analytics, CRM software, and performance management tools.
- Target-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding challenging sales quotas.
- Ability to travel frequently within the assigned territory to oversee operations.
