Tanggung Jawab
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of sales professionals in the Bali territory
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve territory targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners
- Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to senior management
- Identify new business opportunities and market expansion possibilities
- Train sales team on product knowledge and selling techniques
- Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends and competition
- Ensure customer satisfaction through exceptional service and follow-up
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 3-5 years of sales management experience in the landscaping or horticulture industry
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
- Strong leadership skills with experience in team development and mentoring
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Deep knowledge of Bali's market and business landscape
- Proficiency in sales CRM software and data analysis tools
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
- Fluency in both Bahasa Indonesia and English
