Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve regional revenue targets and market share objectives
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to drive performance and cultivate a results-driven culture
- Identify new business opportunities and build strong relationships with key clients and partners in Balikpapan and surrounding areas
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to inform sales strategies and product positioning
- Monitor sales performance metrics and provide regular reports to senior leadership with actionable insights
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, product, and operations to ensure seamless execution
- Conduct territory analysis and optimize sales resource allocation for maximum efficiency
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or related field (Master's preferred)
- Minimum 5 years of progressive sales experience with at least 2 years in a management/supervisory role
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets in B2B or B2C environments
- Strong leadership abilities with demonstrated team development and coaching experience
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with ability to build rapport at all levels
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales analytics tools
- Deep understanding of the Balikpapan market and regional business landscape
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English (written and spoken)
