Are you a seasoned sales leader with a passion for driving market growth and building high-performing teams? Quanta Paper Corporation is seeking an experienced and strategic Area Sales Manager to oversee our operations in Central Visayas. As a key player in our regional leadership team, you will be responsible for executing sales strategies, expanding our market footprint, and fostering strong relationships with our key partners and distributors.

In this role, you will leverage your extensive industry expertise to mentor your sales force, optimize territory performance, and ensure that our brand remains the top choice in the paper and tissue manufacturing industry. We are looking for a results-driven professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and possesses the analytical mindset to turn market insights into actionable sales growth.

Tanggung Jawab

  • Develop and implement regional sales strategies to achieve and exceed monthly and annual revenue targets.
  • Manage, mentor, and motivate a team of sales representatives to optimize field performance and territory coverage.
  • Cultivate and maintain long-term partnerships with major distributors, wholesalers, and key retail accounts across Central Visayas.
  • Conduct regular market analysis to identify new business opportunities and stay ahead of regional competitor activities.
  • Monitor sales data, inventory levels, and regional demand to ensure supply chain efficiency and product availability.
  • Prepare comprehensive sales reports and forecasts for executive management to drive strategic decision-making.
  • Resolve client concerns and escalations promptly to uphold Quanta Paper Corporation's reputation for quality service.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or any related field.
  • Minimum of 10 years of professional experience in sales, with at least 5 years in a supervisory or management capacity.
  • Proven track record of managing large territories and delivering consistent revenue growth.
  • Deep understanding of the FMCG or paper manufacturing industry distribution landscape in the Philippines.
  • Strong leadership, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills.
  • Excellent analytical skills with proficiency in sales performance metrics and CRM software.
  • Ability to travel frequently within the Central Visayas region.
