Are you a dynamic sales leader with a passion for driving growth in the financial services sector? BNI Life Insurance is seeking a strategic and results-oriented Area Sales Manager to lead our business expansion in the Bali, NTT, and NTB regions.
As an Area Sales Manager, you will be the cornerstone of our regional success. You will be responsible for empowering and coaching our Bancassurance Sales (BAS) team, monitoring key performance metrics, and executing high-impact sales strategies. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales plans to achieve and exceed regional targets across Bali, NTT, and NTB.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the Bancassurance Sales (BAS) team to ensure high performance and service excellence.
- Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly sales activities to ensure alignment with company KPIs.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities and expansion areas.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and bank partners to facilitate seamless sales operations.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to improve individual and team capabilities.
- Ensure full compliance with regulatory standards and internal company policies during all sales processes.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in sales management, preferably within the insurance or banking industry.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and inspire geographically dispersed teams.
- Deep understanding of the Bancassurance model and financial product sales.
- Excellent analytical, strategic planning, and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
- Willingness to travel extensively across the Bali, NTT, and NTB territories.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
