Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets in the East Coast region.
- Manage, monitor, and optimize the performance of distribution channels and retail partners.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand U Mobile's market share within assigned territories.
- Conduct regular market visits to ensure brand visibility, stock availability, and compliance with company guidelines.
- Analyze sales data and regional market trends to provide actionable insights for management.
- Lead and mentor local sales representatives to improve individual performance and team productivity.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting professional relationships with key dealers and retail stakeholders.
- Resolve operational issues and ensure high service standards across all points of sale.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in sales management or distribution, preferably in the telecommunications or FMCG industry.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets in a competitive market environment.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage diverse teams and third-party partners.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Analytical mindset with proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint) for reporting and presentations.
- Must possess a valid driving license and be willing to travel extensively within the East Coast region.
- Strategic thinking ability combined with a hands-on approach to problem-solving.
