- Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve regional targets for ethical pharmaceutical products
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales representatives to drive performance excellence
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key healthcare professionals, pharmacies, and medical institutions
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify growth opportunities

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Business, Marketing, or related field (Master's preferred)
- Minimum 5 years pharmaceutical sales experience with 2+ years in management
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets in ethical pharmaceutical products
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing and developing sales teams
- Deep understanding of Kalimantan's healthcare market and distribution channels
