Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies for Food Service/HoReCa channels across Kalimantan
- Lead, mentor, and develop high-performing sales teams to achieve regional targets
- Build and maintain strategic relationships with key hospitality and food service accounts
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and consumer insights to identify growth opportunities
- Drive new business acquisition while expanding existing client partnerships
- Monitor sales performance metrics and provide actionable insights to senior leadership
- Collaborate with marketing and supply chain teams to ensure optimal product availability
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of B2B sales experience in Food Service/HoReCa or FMCG
- Proven track record of leading sales teams and achieving revenue targets
- Deep understanding of Kalimantan's hospitality and food service landscape
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
- Experience with CRM systems and sales analytics tools
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English
