Join Laris Manis Utama as an Area Sales Manager for our frozen chicken division in Surabaya. This pivotal role drives revenue growth by expanding market presence and strengthening distributor relationships across East Java. You'll develop strategic sales plans, analyze market trends, and implement innovative solutions to capture market share in Indonesia's competitive food sector. Ideal candidates will combine agricultural product expertise with commercial acumen to position our premium frozen chicken offerings in retail channels. This position requires a hands-on leader who thrives in fast-paced environments and can translate consumer insights into actionable sales strategies.
Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute area-specific sales strategies to achieve monthly/quarterly targets
- Manage distributor networks and retail partnerships across Surabaya region
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback
- Conduct regular field visits to ensure product visibility and merchandising standards
- Train and mentor sales team on product knowledge and sales techniques
- Collaborate with logistics team to optimize supply chain efficiency
- Prepare comprehensive sales reports and performance forecasts
- Implement promotional campaigns to drive product trial and loyalty
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Animal Husbandry, Agribusiness, or Business Management
- Minimum 3 years of sales management experience in FMCG or food industry
- Advanced proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills
- Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets in competitive markets
- Knowledge of Indonesian retail distribution channels
- Valid driver's license and willingness for frequent field travel
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English
