- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve volume targets in the General Trade area
- Manage daily sales operations and business processes for optimal efficiency
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying opportunities for growth
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry regulations
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key retail partners and stakeholders
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of sales representatives
- Conduct regular market analysis to identify trends and competitive activities
- Prepare and submit regular sales reports and performance metrics
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in sales management, preferably in FMCG or retail
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities
- Deep understanding of the General Trade retail landscape in Indonesia
- Proficiency in sales analytics and reporting tools
- Ability to work independently and make data-driven decisions
