Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve regional growth targets (GT).
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales executives to ensure high performance and productivity.
- Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Manage relationships with key distributors and retail partners to maximize market coverage.
- Conduct regular market visits and competitor analysis to stay ahead of industry shifts.
- Prepare and present accurate sales reports and forecasts to senior management.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, branding standards, and sales regulations.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in sales management, preferably within the FMCG or Dairy industry.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to drive team performance and achieve results.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Valid SIM A (Car Driver's License) is mandatory for field operations.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proactive, results-oriented mindset with a strong customer focus.
