Citra Airindo Abadi is seeking an ambitious and strategic Area Sales Manager to lead our expansion across key Indonesian markets, including Jakarta, Bandung, Semarang, Solo, and Surabaya. As a market leader in industrial hardware, we are looking for a visionary leader to drive the sales performance of our Hitachi Air Compressor product line and associated machinery.
In this role, you will be responsible for mentoring a team of talented Sales Engineers, cultivating high-value client relationships, and executing data-driven sales strategies that capture market share. Tanggung Jawab
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of Sales Engineers to achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies specifically for the Hitachi Air Compressor portfolio and related industrial equipment.
- Identify and penetrate new market segments in the assigned region (Jakarta, Bandung, Semarang, Solo, Surabaya).
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with key industrial stakeholders, procurement managers, and plant engineers.
- Conduct regular market analysis to stay ahead of competitor activities and industry trends.
- Prepare comprehensive sales reports and revenue forecasts for senior management.
- Coordinate with technical teams to ensure seamless delivery and post-sales support for our clients.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical) or Business Administration is highly preferred.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in industrial sales, particularly with air compressors, heavy machinery, or technical equipment.
- Proven leadership experience managing a sales team in a target-driven environment.
- Strong understanding of the industrial sector in Indonesia.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills in both Indonesian and English.
- Willingness to travel extensively across the assigned areas.
- High proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
