Galenium Pharmasia Laboratories is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Area Sales Manager to oversee sales operations in the Jawa Barat region. Based in Bandung, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth, leading a high-performing sales team, and fostering strong relationships with key stakeholders in the pharmaceutical and laboratory sector.
In this strategic leadership role, you will develop and implement comprehensive sales plans to meet and exceed annual targets. You will act as a mentor to your team, providing guidance on sales techniques and product knowledge while analyzing market trends to identify new business opportunities. Your expertise in territory management will be crucial in ensuring the successful placement and promotion of our products.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to align marketing strategies with regional sales goals, ensuring a cohesive approach to business development. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets for the Jawa Barat region.
- Lead, train, and mentor a team of sales representatives to maximize productivity and individual performance.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, hospitals, pharmacies, and key accounts.
- Analyze market data and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Monitor sales performance metrics and provide regular feedback and coaching to the sales team.
- Coordinate with the marketing department to support product launches and promotional activities.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and ethical sales practices.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in sales management within the pharmaceutical or laboratory industry.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a similar role.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Pharmacy, or a related field.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to inspire a team.
- Fluency in English and Indonesian (Bahasa Indonesia).
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel extensively within the region.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
