- Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies for the Jabodetabek region
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly/quarterly targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends to identify growth opportunities
- Prepare detailed sales forecasts and performance reports
- Coordinate with marketing and product teams to align sales initiatives
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum 5 years sales management experience in building materials/retail
- Proven track record of achieving/exceeding sales targets
- Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills
- In-depth knowledge of Jabodetabek market dynamics
- Proficiency in CRM systems and sales analytics tools
