This is a pivotal role for a professional who is passionate about market expansion, brand positioning, and building high-performing sales teams. You will play a key role in driving regional growth and ensuring that our product portfolio maintains its market-leading position across Bandung and the surrounding provinces.

In this position, you will be responsible for executing sales strategies, managing distributor relationships, and identifying new business opportunities. Tanggung Jawab

  • Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve revenue targets within the West Java region.
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales representatives to ensure high productivity and consistent performance.
  • Establish and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key retailers, distributors, and strategic partners.
  • Conduct regular market analysis to stay ahead of competitor activities and consumer demand trends.
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to regional management on a weekly and monthly basis.
  • Oversee regional stock distribution and inventory management to ensure optimal product availability.
  • Implement promotional campaigns and trade marketing initiatives to drive sell-through and brand awareness.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of proven experience in a Sales Management or Area Manager role, preferably in the consumer electronics or FMCG industry.
  • Deep understanding of the West Java retail market landscape and distribution networks.
  • Strong leadership skills with a proven track record of managing and coaching sales teams.
  • Exceptional negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and experience with CRM software or sales tracking tools.
  • Ability to travel frequently within the assigned territory.
  • Result-oriented mindset with the ability to perform under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
