In this position, you will be responsible for executing sales strategies, managing distributor relationships, and identifying new business opportunities. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve revenue targets within the West Java region.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales representatives to ensure high productivity and consistent performance.
- Establish and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key retailers, distributors, and strategic partners.
- Conduct regular market analysis to stay ahead of competitor activities and consumer demand trends.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to regional management on a weekly and monthly basis.
- Oversee regional stock distribution and inventory management to ensure optimal product availability.
- Implement promotional campaigns and trade marketing initiatives to drive sell-through and brand awareness.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of proven experience in a Sales Management or Area Manager role, preferably in the consumer electronics or FMCG industry.
- Deep understanding of the West Java retail market landscape and distribution networks.
- Strong leadership skills with a proven track record of managing and coaching sales teams.
- Exceptional negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in data analysis and experience with CRM software or sales tracking tools.
- Ability to travel frequently within the assigned territory.
- Result-oriented mindset with the ability to perform under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
