Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets in the Central Java region.
- Lead, coach, and mentor a team of sales representatives to maximize their potential and drive individual and team performance.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to refine sales approaches and identify new business opportunities.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and strategic partners.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare regular reports for senior management to track progress.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and logistics, to ensure seamless customer service and product delivery.
- Recruit top talent and contribute to the development of a high-performance sales culture.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in sales, with at least 2-3 years in a managerial or leadership role.
- Demonstrated success in meeting and exceeding sales targets in the FMCG or Retail sector.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate a diverse team and handle pressure effectively.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel extensively within the region.
