Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve regional revenue targets.
- Manage and mentor retail sales teams to ensure excellence in customer service and product knowledge.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities in the Jakarta area to identify new business opportunities.
- Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and retail partners.
- Prepare regular sales performance reports and forecasts for executive management.
- Ensure compliance with company operational policies and retail standards across all assigned locations.
- Coordinate with cross-functional departments to resolve logistical or inventory challenges.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Mandarin Proficiency: Must be fluent in both written and spoken Mandarin (Required).
- Proven experience in retail sales management or a similar commercial leadership role.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a result-oriented approach to business challenges.
- Ability to travel frequently as required, with preference for candidates based in Sumatra or surrounding areas.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively lead diverse teams.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite and reporting tools.
