- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve targets in the Mindanao region
- Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to ensure maximum performance
- Identify and develop new business opportunities and key accounts
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities
- Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review
- Collaborate with marketing team to develop promotional activities and campaigns
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales management, preferably in the paper or manufacturing industry
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
