Are you a dynamic sales leader with a passion for the food service industry? Bukit Inti Makmur Abadi is seeking a high-performing Area Sales Manager (ASM) for our Modern Food Service division in Jawa Tengah. In this strategic role, you will be the driving force behind our regional market expansion, responsible for coaching a high-performance sales team and ensuring our products reach every key outlet in the territory.

You will be responsible for defining, tracking, and exceeding aggressive growth targets while building sustainable relationships with key accounts. If you are analytical, results-driven, and thrive in a fast-paced retail environment, we want to hear from you.

Tanggung Jawab

  • Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies for the Jawa Tengah region to drive volume and market penetration.
  • Manage, mentor, and motivate a team of Sales Representatives to achieve individual and team-based KPIs.
  • Monitor and analyze critical metrics including target calls, effective calls, new outlet acquisition, and volume performance.
  • Ensure product availability and visibility across all modern food service channels in the territory.
  • Conduct regular market visits to identify growth opportunities and resolve operational challenges.
  • Collaborate with internal marketing and distribution teams to execute promotions and trade activities.
  • Provide accurate sales forecasting and competitive intelligence reports to senior management.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of sales management experience, preferably in the FMCG or Food Service industry.
  • Deep understanding of the retail landscape and distribution networks in Jawa Tengah.
  • Proven track record in managing sales teams and hitting aggressive revenue targets.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel and sales tracking software.
  • Exceptional negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to travel frequently within the assigned territory.
  • Highly self-motivated with a strong work ethic and desire to succeed.
