Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve regional targets in West Java and Jakarta
- Lead, mentor, and motivate sales teams to maximize performance and productivity
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key distributors, retailers, and stakeholders
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and consumer behavior to identify growth opportunities
- Monitor sales performance metrics and provide actionable insights to senior leadership
- Ensure compliance with company policies and brand standards across all sales channels
- Collaborate with marketing and supply chain teams to optimize regional operations
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (Master's preferred)
- Minimum 5 years of sales management experience in FMCG/retail sector
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets in West Java/Jakarta markets
- Strong leadership abilities with team coaching and development experience
- Expertise in distributor management and retail channel development
- Advanced analytical skills with proficiency in sales reporting tools
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management abilities
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English
