We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented leader to oversee sales operations within the Medical Channel across our assigned territories in Surabaya. In this strategic role, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth, leading a high-performing team of medical representatives, and ensuring the successful achievement of sales targets. You will act as a key bridge between our sales force and management, implementing innovative sales strategies and fostering strong relationships with healthcare professionals and institutions. Tanggung Jawab
- Lead, coach, and mentor the sales team to consistently exceed monthly and annual sales targets within the Medical Channel.
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to penetrate new markets and optimize distribution channels.
- Analyze sales performance data, market trends, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
- Manage relationships with key accounts, including hospitals, clinics, and pharmacies, to ensure product visibility and availability.
- Conduct regular field visits, training sessions, and performance reviews to ensure the team maintains high product knowledge and sales standards.
- Prepare accurate sales forecasts, reports, and budgets for regional and management review.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales efforts with promotional campaigns and product launches.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Medical Technology, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Sales Management, preferably within the Healthcare, Medical Device, or FMCG Nutrition industry.
- Strong leadership skills with a proven track record of building and motivating high-performing teams.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced sales environment.
- Valid driver's license is required.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
