Tanggung Jawab
- Identify, target, and acquire prospective customers within the assigned territory of Nueva Vizcaya to expand market share.
- Promote and present the company’s product line effectively to retail partners, distributors, and direct clients.
- Nurture and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing clients through regular visits and dedicated support.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and revenue objectives set by the management team.
- Conduct market research to monitor competitor activities, analyze industry trends, and identify new growth avenues.
- Prepare and submit timely reports on sales activities, pipeline progress, and territory performance.
- Collaborate with the logistics and customer service teams to ensure prompt delivery and customer satisfaction.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience as a Field Sales Representative, Area Sales Executive, or similar sales role.
- Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities in both English and Filipino.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
- Familiarity with the geography, market dynamics, and business culture of Nueva Vizcaya and Cagayan Valley.
- Possession of a valid driver’s license and willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not required.
