Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve monthly/quarterly targets in the Bali region
- Manage end-to-end sales projects from planning through execution and post-project evaluation
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and retail partners
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify growth opportunities
- Coordinate with marketing and product teams to align sales initiatives with brand objectives
- Prepare regular performance reports, sales forecasts, and market analysis for leadership review
- Mentor junior sales staff to enhance team capabilities and maintain service standards
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations in all sales activities
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales Management, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in sales/project management with proven target achievement
- Strong leadership abilities with experience managing cross-functional teams
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English
- Proficiency in CRM software, sales analytics tools, and project management systems
