Tanggung Jawab
- Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets in assigned territory
- Monitor and ensure product availability across all distribution channels
- Execute in-store promotions and marketing campaigns as per company guidelines
- Conduct regular market research and competitor analysis
- Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors and retail partners
- Prepare and submit detailed sales activity reports to management
- Implement visual merchandising standards at retail points
- Train retail staff on product features and promotional tactics
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
- 2+ years of sales or marketing experience in FMCG or retail
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets
- Strong negotiation and interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to analyze market trends and consumer behavior
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and sales tracking tools
- Valid driver's license with willingness to travel within territory
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia; English proficiency is an advantage
