Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve regional targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key retail partners
- Conduct product demonstrations and promotional activities
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends
- Prepare regular sales reports and performance analysis
- Train retail staff on product features and promotions
- Coordinate with marketing teams to support campaign initiatives
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2 years of sales experience (food industry preferred)
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets
- Strong leadership and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel extensively
- Proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia and basic English
- Familiarity with Nusa Tenggara Timur market advantageous
