Tanggung Jawab

  • Execute direct product promotion and sales activities to achieve monthly/quarterly targets
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key retailers and distributors in East Kalimantan
  • Conduct regular market analysis to identify growth opportunities and competitive insights
  • Implement visual merchandising standards and promotional campaigns at retail points
  • Monitor competitor activities and provide actionable feedback to the marketing team
  • Ensure optimal product availability and display effectiveness in assigned territories

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum 1-2 years of field sales or marketing experience in FMCG sector
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills with diverse stakeholders
  • Valid driver's license (SIM C) with own transportation
  • Proven track record of meeting sales targets in retail/distribution channels
  • Highly self-motivated with ability to work independently in remote areas
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word)
