- Lead and motivate the Batam sales team to achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets
- Develop and execute strategic promotional campaigns across retail outlets

- Train retail staff on product knowledge and sales techniques

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum 3 years experience in sales/supervisory roles (beauty/FMCG preferred)
- Proven track record in developing and executing promotional strategies
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision making abilities
- Excellent leadership and team management capabilities
- Deep understanding of Indonesian retail distribution channels
