Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and oversee sales performance across the MTKA channel in the assigned area.
- Develop and implement effective sales and promotional strategies to achieve targets.
- Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to ensure high productivity.
- Conduct regular market visits to assess stock levels, shelf visibility, and competitor activities.
- Negotiate terms with distributors and retailers to maximize profitability and brand presence.
- Analyze sales data and reports to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Coordinate with marketing teams to align promotional activities with business goals.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in FMCG sales, preferably within the MTKA channel.
- Proven track record of leadership and team management.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data.
- Valid driving license and willingness to travel within the region.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is preferred.
