Tanggung Jawab

  • Develop and execute comprehensive sales and marketing programs to achieve regional revenue targets.
  • Manage and mentor a team of sales promoters to ensure optimal performance and adherence to company standards.
  • Expand the company's distribution footprint across the Bali-Nusra area through effective channel management.
  • Analyze sales data and market insights to identify growth opportunities and optimize product placement.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure stock availability and consistency in promotional activities at the point of sale.
  • Monitor competitor activities and recommend strategic adjustments to maintain our competitive edge.
  • Prepare regular performance reports and action plans for upper management to drive continuous improvement.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in sales supervision or trade marketing, preferably in the FMCG or retail industry.
