Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve regional growth and revenue targets in the Bangka Belitung area.
- Monitor daily sales performance and provide actionable insights to optimize store operations and promotion effectiveness.
- Lead, train, and motivate the field sales and promotion team to maintain high standards of service and brand presentation.
- Coordinate with headquarters to implement national marketing campaigns and local promotional events.
- Build and nurture professional relationships with retail outlets and key stakeholders to maximize brand visibility.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to refine promotional approaches and improve customer acquisition.
- Ensure compliance with brand guidelines and operational SOPs across all assigned touchpoints.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in Sales, Retail Management, or FMCG/Beauty Industry supervision.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a competitive market environment.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and inspire a diverse team of sales professionals.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills with a focus on personalized customer engagement.
- Proficient in sales data analysis and reporting tools (Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets).
- Willingness to travel extensively within the Bangka Belitung region for field supervision.
