- Develop and implement area-specific sales promotion strategies to achieve monthly/quarterly targets
- Manage and mentor field sales teams to ensure consistent product visibility and distribution
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities
- Coordinate with retail partners for effective in-store promotions and merchandising
- Monitor sales performance metrics and provide actionable reports to management
- Optimize promotional budgets to maximize ROI across trade channels
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key distributors and retailers
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in sales/supervisory roles within FMCG or frozen food industry
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets through promotional campaigns
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret market data and sales reports
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills with retail partners
- Ability to lead and motivate teams in a results-driven environment
- Proficient in Indonesian and familiar with local market dynamics in Jawa Barat
