Join Indofood as an Area Sales & Promotion Supervisor and lead our sales initiatives in Medan. In this pivotal role, you'll drive revenue growth by negotiating strategic partnerships with independent and on-premise accounts while developing comprehensive coverage plans to maximize market penetration. You'll be instrumental in acquiring new business opportunities, expanding our brand footprint, and fostering long-term client relationships across Sumatera Utara. This position requires a proactive leader with exceptional negotiation skills and a deep understanding of local market dynamics to optimize sales performance and achieve aggressive growth targets.
Tanggung Jawab
- Negotiate and secure new business with independent and on-premise accounts
- Develop and implement strategic coverage plans for assigned territories
- Acquire new accounts and expand market presence in Medan region
- Manage client relationships and ensure retention of key accounts
- Analyze sales data to identify growth opportunities and market trends
- Coordinate with marketing team to execute promotional campaigns
- Lead and mentor sales team to achieve performance targets
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in sales/supervisory roles
- Proven track record in negotiation and account acquisition
- Strong leadership skills with team management experience
- Deep knowledge of Medan's retail and FMCG market
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools
