Tanggung Jawab
- Overseeing daily sales operations and ensuring the achievement of regional sales targets and revenue goals.
- Leading, mentoring, and motivating a team of sales representatives to ensure optimal performance and customer satisfaction.
- Developing and implementing effective sales strategies, promotional plans, and distribution channels in the Bengkulu area.
- Monitoring market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to adjust sales tactics accordingly.
- Collaborating with the logistics and supply chain teams to ensure timely product availability and inventory management.
- Conducting regular performance reviews and providing constructive feedback to the sales team.
- Managing trade marketing activities and ensuring brand visibility in key retail outlets.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a sales supervisory or managerial role within the FMCG or industrial sector.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal communication skills with the ability to manage and motivate diverse teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data and market reports.
- Familiarity with CRM software and MS Office applications.
- Valid driving license and willingness to travel extensively within the region.
- Proactive problem-solving skills and a results-oriented mindset.
