Merapi Utama Pharma is seeking a dynamic and strategic-minded Branch Manager to spearhead our operations in the Jakarta region. In this pivotal role, you will be the driving force behind our branch's success, ensuring that all activities align with our corporate mission to provide excellence in pharmaceutical distribution.
You will be responsible for overseeing the entire lifecycle of branch operations, from sales and business development to logistics and regulatory compliance. Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and manage all daily branch operations to ensure maximum productivity and efficiency.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve regional targets and expand market presence.
- Ensure strict adherence to Good Distribution Practice (CDOB) and other relevant pharmaceutical regulations.
- Manage branch financial performance, including P&L, budgeting, and cost-control initiatives.
- Supervise and mentor branch staff, fostering a culture of professional growth and high performance.
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with key institutional clients, pharmacies, and healthcare providers.
- Monitor inventory levels and supply chain logistics to prevent stockouts and minimize waste.
- Provide regular reporting to the Head Office regarding branch performance and market trends.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy, Business Management, or a related field (Apothecary license is highly desirable).
- Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare distribution industry.
- Proven track record of at least 3 years in a managerial or leadership capacity.
- In-depth knowledge of pharmaceutical market dynamics in the Jakarta Raya area.
- Strong understanding of CDOB (Cara Distribusi Obat yang Baik) compliance standards.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret financial data and market metrics.
- Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
