Tanggung Jawab
- Lead, mentor, and supervise the sales team to achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand market presence in the Davao region.
- Prepare and present high-quality commercial proposals to prospective clients.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to drive professional growth.
- Monitor and improve collections efficiency to maintain a healthy cash flow.
- Represent the company in professional meetings and industry events to strengthen brand partnerships.
- Analyze sales metrics and market trends to provide data-driven recommendations to management.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven work experience as a Sales Manager or Team Lead (minimum 2-3 years preferred).
- Strong knowledge of the local Davao market and customer landscape.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills in both English and Filipino.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work under pressure and thrive in a target-driven environment.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a strategic mindset regarding sales operations.
