Eagle Star Industrial Sales Corporation is seeking a dynamic, results-driven Area Sales Representative to join our expanding team in Batangas. As a key player in our industrial sales division, you will be responsible for building strong relationships with clients, identifying new business opportunities, and ensuring that our industrial solutions meet the specific needs of businesses within the region.

You will play a vital role in representing our brand and driving growth across our industrial product portfolio.
Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to expand market share within the Batangas area.
- Identify and prospect new industrial clients, fostering long-term professional relationships.
- Conduct professional presentations and product demonstrations for potential and existing clients.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets consistently.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client feedback, and market insights using CRM tools.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products and high customer satisfaction.
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends to provide recommendations for business improvement.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in industrial sales or field sales roles.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence key stakeholders.
- Excellent negotiation skills and a results-oriented mindset.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic data management.
- Must be based in or willing to travel extensively within the Batangas area.
- Valid driver’s license is highly preferred.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
