As an Area Sales Representative, you will be the face of our company in the region. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, maintaining existing accounts, and ensuring our clients receive top-tier service. We are looking for someone who is self-motivated, excels in negotiation, and is ready to take our regional sales performance to the next level.
Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve target revenue in the assigned territory.
- Identify and prospect new industrial clients within the Batangas area to expand our market reach.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing customers to ensure repeat business.
- Conduct professional product presentations and demonstrations to potential and current clients.
- Prepare accurate sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis for management review.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and exceptional after-sales support.
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends to maintain a competitive advantage.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of proven experience in industrial or B2B sales.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent knowledge of the Batangas industrial market and local business landscape.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and manage time effectively.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite and basic CRM software.
- Possession of a valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within the assigned area.
