Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients in the Batangas area
- Identify new business opportunities and generate leads through various channels
- Present and promote company products and services to potential customers
- Prepare and present sales proposals, quotations, and contracts
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and key performance indicators
- Conduct regular market research to identify trends, competitors, and customer needs
- Provide timely and accurate sales reports to management
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve any issues
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- At least 1-2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the industrial sector
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office applications
- Valid driver's license with own reliable transportation
- Knowledge of the Batangas market and surrounding areas is an advantage
- Results-oriented with a proven track record of meeting sales targets
