Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute territory-specific sales strategies to achieve monthly/quarterly targets
- Prospect and cultivate new client relationships across industrial and commercial sectors
- Present product solutions, negotiate contracts, and close sales deals
- Maintain accurate client records and sales pipeline in CRM systems
- Conduct market analysis to identify emerging opportunities and competitive trends
- Collaborate with marketing team to execute localized promotional campaigns
- Provide regular sales reports and performance metrics to management
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 1-2 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in industrial distribution
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office applications
- Valid driver's license with reliable transportation for territory coverage
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Knowledge of industrial products and solutions is advantageous
