Tanggung Jawab
- Drive sales growth and achieve monthly/quarterly targets in the Cavite territory
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through market research and networking
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential customers
- Prepare and submit accurate sales reports, forecasts, and competitor analysis
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop effective sales strategies
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve inquiries promptly
- Represent the company at industry events and trade shows
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 1-2 years in sales or customer-facing role
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office applications
- Valid driver's license with willingness to travel within Cavite
- Knowledge of industrial products or manufacturing sector preferred
- Results-oriented with excellent problem-solving abilities
