Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve assigned revenue targets in the Cebu area.
- Identify and prospect new industrial clients through cold calling, networking, and industry research.
- Maintain and nurture long-term relationships with existing accounts to ensure repeat business.
- Conduct professional product demonstrations and presentations to prospective customers.
- Prepare accurate sales forecasts, progress reports, and account updates for management.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and client satisfaction.
- Stay informed on industrial market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven track record in industrial sales or a similar B2B sales role.
- Strong understanding of the Cebu industrial market and business landscape.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and manage time effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the assigned area.
