Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve assigned revenue targets within the Danao and wider Cebu territory.
- Conduct regular site visits and product demonstrations to potential and existing industrial clients.
- Identify and qualify new business leads to expand the company’s market share.
- Provide expert technical advice on product applications to assist customers in their procurement decisions.
- Prepare and deliver professional sales proposals, quotations, and contracts.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to provide actionable feedback to the management team.
- Maintain an accurate and up-to-date database of client interactions and sales progress in the CRM system.
- Ensure timely collection of payments and resolve customer concerns regarding product delivery or performance.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of proven experience in industrial sales or a similar field-based sales role.
- Strong knowledge of the industrial landscape in Cebu and surrounding areas.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills in both English and local dialects.
- Must possess a valid driver’s license and be willing to travel frequently within the assigned territory.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric mindset.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic digital sales tools.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while meeting strict deadlines.
