Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute territory-specific sales strategies to achieve monthly/quarterly targets
- Identify, prospect, and acquire new clients in the industrial sector within Cebu area
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers through regular visits and follow-ups
- Present product demonstrations and technical solutions to meet customer needs
- Prepare sales proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals effectively
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends to identify growth opportunities
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional campaigns
- Submit regular sales reports and performance metrics to management
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 2 years of sales experience, preferably in industrial or B2B sectors
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Strong knowledge of local market in Cebu and surrounding areas
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
