Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve assigned sales targets within the Cebu area.
- Identify and cultivate new business opportunities by prospecting potential industrial clients.
- Maintain and nurture long-term relationships with existing accounts to ensure high retention and satisfaction.
- Conduct professional product presentations and demonstrations to key decision-makers.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to adjust sales tactics accordingly.
- Prepare and submit accurate sales reports, forecasts, and activity logs to management.
- Provide technical assistance and consultation to clients regarding industrial equipment and services.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely delivery and superior customer service.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Sales Representative, preferably in the industrial, manufacturing, or B2B sector.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills in both English and local dialects.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and manage time efficiently.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Willingness to travel frequently within the assigned area to meet with clients.
- Possession of a valid driver’s license is highly preferred.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric mindset.
